Roadrunners and AlphaPack serve athletes at different stages of development. Roadrunners builds the foundation for elementary and middle school athletes through club practices, team activities, and youth competition. AlphaPack provides an additional high school pathway for athletes seeking more individualized, data-informed training and performance development.
Roadrunners is the year-round youth running club for elementary and middle school athletes. The club provides a supportive team environment where young runners can build confidence, improve fitness, develop friendships, and learn to enjoy running. Practices include running groups, strength work, games, seasonal competitions, and gradual training progressions that are adjusted for age, experience, ability level, injury history, and readiness. Roadrunners is inclusive of all ability levels, from first-time runners to athletes preparing for regional and national competition.
AlphaPack is a high school training option for athletes who are ready for more structured and individualized development. AlphaPack provides training programs, workouts, form analysis, strength training, nutrition guidance, recovery support, and performance coaching for high school runners. Athletes may use AlphaPack for focused support in a specific area or as a more comprehensive off-season and supplementary in-season training program.
The purpose of AlphaPack is not to replace a school team or coach. It is designed to support high school athletes and work with their existing programs so that added training, strength work, and performance analysis fit appropriately within the athlete’s overall schedule.
