Welcome to the South Central Utah Track Meet at Juab High School in Nephi, Utah on Thurs. April 30, 2026. This meet is open to Elementary and Middle School athletes (including first-timers and experienced competitors). We’re excited to host a fun afternoon of track and field with a rolling schedule starting at 5:00 PM (field events) and 5:30 PM (track events).
Athletes do not need to register for specific events. Each athlete may compete in up to 4 events and simply come to the start area (or field event station) when the event is called.

Rolling schedule note: We will keep athletes moving through events efficiently. Listen for announcements and head to the staging area early when your event is called.
Field Events
Open throughout the meet (approximately 5:00–7:00 PM, as conditions allow):
Standing Long Jump (K-4th)
Running Long Jump (5th-8th)
High Jump
Javelin (K-4th Turbo Jav, 5th-8th Aero Jav)
Shot Put (5th-6th 6 lb shot, 7th-8th 8 lb shot)
Discus (5th-8th)
Athletes may rotate through field events and must follow official instructions at each station for safety.
Online registration is strongly encouraged to speed up check-in and bib pickup. If you don’t register in advance, race-day registration is available at check-in (limited capacity).
Bib pickup begins at 4:30 PM
Athletes may participate in up to 4 events
No need to pre-select events during registration
Race Reels will be available about 24 hours after the meet. Follow @roadrunner_jc on Instagram for updates, links, and highlights and the Roadrunner YouTube channel for the meet video.
4:30 PM: Check-in and bib pickup opens
5:00 PM: Meet begins with Field Events
5:30 PM: Running events start
Athletes should warm up before events and arrive early to staging areas
Field events remain open during the meet so athletes can fit them between running events
Bring water and stay hydrated
Be prepared for sun and variable spring weather (hat, sunscreen, light layers)
Spikes are allowed
Athletes must follow coach/official instructions at all times, especially at throwing events
By registering and/or participating in the track meet, the athlete and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Track and field involves physical activity and inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, weather exposure, and injuries associated with running, jumping, and throwing events. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Release of Liability: The athlete and parent/guardian release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, officials, American Heritage School, and any affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.
Medical Authorization: In the event of illness or injury, the parent/guardian authorizes event staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if needed. The parent/guardian is responsible for any medical costs incurred.
Photo/Video Consent: The athlete and parent/guardian grant permission for photos and video taken at the event to be used for event promotion, results coverage, and Race Reels.
Code of Conduct: Athletes agree to compete respectfully and follow directions from meet officials and volunteers. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from an event.
Online registration acknowledges acceptance of this waiver in place of a physical signature.
